The Academy also provides nutritional guidance to instill the importance of proper fueling at an early stage in the rider\u2019s careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cI am delighted to be able to offer this program to up and coming riders\u201d Jackson said. \u201cOver the past 20 years we have identified and helped to develop numerous talented female riders. A common theme with these riders is that they get to Europe and many of them don\u2019t have the skills to navigate the European peloton. The roads in North America are wide, the peloton small, and riders aren\u2019t challenged to develop their cycling skills.
